What a session looks like
Each session is 53 minutes, held virtually via secure video call. There's no fixed structure or script, we follow what's most present for you. Some sessions are deeply reflective. Others feel more practical. Most are somewhere in between.
Elodie works from an integrative approach, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic methods alongside somatic and relational frameworks. This means we look at not just what you're thinking and feeling, but how those patterns live in your body and your relationships.
